When our children come back home at week ends, they always demand one of my osso buccos. They say they're my speciality. 
So the good mother that I am complies. My secret? A little touch of anchovy paste at the end of the cooking. Goes well with the meat. A mediterranean association I think, like clams with pork in Portugal.
