Another Tulip

Do not be under the impression that my garden is ablaze with a wide variety of interesting plants as this is far from the truth. Rather, I have a random selection of plants, some of which are interesting (though not at the same time) and an awful lot of weeds, which really need a blitz but I am too busy procrastinating or sewing something lazy to tackle at the right time.
Although a similar colour, this is a different tulip from the other one as it is plain rather than frilly and is in the border rather than a pot but have put on a poor show this year, for some reason. They were both planted at the same time, as were these, which seem to have disappeared altogether.
It's all so discouraging...
