Tor Abbey
Colin came over to the chalet and we drove to Tor Abbey for coffee. After coffee we went and sat outside to eat our lunch and I wandered over to the Spanish Barn to take a pic or two.
The building, dating from the 13th century is so named because 397 prisoners from the Spanish Armada were held there in 1588 (thank you Wikipedia).
Later, after a walk into Torquay and a drink in Nero, we went home and I cooked a mushroom and petit pois peas paella with veggie sausages.
Settled down with the snooker now, hopefully the signal will stay up, we lost it last night.
