Tredegar House

Lazy lazy morning. Then off over the bridge for some unplanned exploring.

Popped into Celtic manor. Jules and I have differing opinions on it. Ok the decor is quite dated but there aren't many hotels like it in the UK. Anyway the restaurants were not our cup of tea today so we headed for Newport.

Poked my nose into the old megabowl building which I helped empty out in 2005. Quite shocking that it has stood empty ever since!

Tredegar house and garden next. Such an interesting history, there seems to be a theme with these old buildings, a lot of them became schools at one time or another.
