Ty had signed up to the village 3k fun run today, him & his friend headed off this morning to do what they needed to do, and a few of us headed out in the rain to support him & all the other runners!

Quite a good turn out considering the miserable rain.. Which luckily held off for part of the morning!

Ty ran it in 18min, & got a medal .. Im one very proud mum!!

Went for a walk this afternoon through some woodlands, then got home & went out for a run myself before tea, pushed myself a bit further than I usually go.. And glad I did!
