Experimenting

We thought we'd try smoking fish with lapsang souchong tea. Having never tried smoking before it was definitely an experiment! We used a roasting pan covered in foil, some rice and tea (rice helps to stop it burning) then covered with more foil. 

Results were very good indeed - amazing!
