Sweating out Soho

Managed to get my average pace back down to 6:00 minutes per KM... not bad considering I was sweating out a fair bit of gin from the previous night's efforts.

After that sweat-fest Gemz and went for a tool around, then went off to see 'Far From
The Madding Crowd'.
