Sanderling

I love to see Sanderling, they were sheltering from the wind by tucking their heads in. on Tramore beach, I wasn't sure I would see them.

A lovely day, a chilly morning walk on Portnoo beach with a friend Sharon & Inca of course, saw the tail end of the rugby & a great meal at Carnaween, with Michael, George, Sharon & Amos.
Somehow, I managed to load the sunset from Friday the 1st May, as Saturday 2nd May. So this photo taken on Tramore beach really needs swapped with the sunset.
