Everyman

This statue is travelling around the UK, & is currently in Cardiff.  The inscription on the side reads:

"Every Man Remembered

There are many reasons to remember our fallen Servicemen from the First World War.  They may have been your relatives, come from your area, or shared your name, but the most important reason is to make sure they're not forgotten.

Please join the Royal British Legion in the largest act of Remembrance this country has ever known.  help us commemorate every one of the 1,117,077 fallen Servicemen of the First World War and ensure their memory lives on.

Remember a Serviceman at everymanremembered.org

We will remember them.

The artist Mark Humphrey worked with the Royal British Legion to create an interactive community installation to enable the public to perform a poignant act of Remembrance ... "

Encased in a polycarbonate-clad pyramid, paper poppies were blown around the figure every five minutes.
