Iron Man, Pollensa

Throughout the week we'd been impressed by the number of cyclists appearing to cycle some very difficult routes through the mountains and today all was revealed: the big Iron Man event was well under way by the time we were breakfasting and the closure of all roads in and out of Puerto de Pollensa suddenly looked as if it might mean an extension of the holiday might be on the cards. No such luck, a final blast in the warmth of the sun, and we were on our way.
