Phenomenally slow start; the boys ate boiled eggs and watched TV and I pottered about; all due to it being rather inclement outside.

Eventually we needed to go, so headed off to Sciennes to do Cigs in the rain; didn't find any new ones, but snapped one of the recent finds up there after a good rummage around. Even in the rain, it's good natured chatting, running, hiding etc. All very wholesome.

Then to Newcraighall and the lure of pyjamas (there were none) but we had roam around such retail megaliths as Smyths Toy Super Store, TX Maxx (nice shoes, wrong price), Boots, Waterstones, H & M blah blah.

And home mid afternoon for Lego Movie and roast dinner and present wrapping and to dry out.

Given Monday is likely to be a little more high tempo, I figured a quiet Sunday was no bad thing.
