Steps

Up early fed the dog and took her out for a walk, I had the company of 2 ladies and their dogs, very good company.

Back to the house, shower and g0t eco daughter up at 7.20 for football.

The girls had the longest journey in the u15 scottish cup draw, a wee day trip to Elgin.

On the bus at 8.00 with a selection of diehard parent supporters and the players, some still in their jammies.

A pleasant journey up the A9 to Kingussie for a toilet break and stretch of the legs, then on to Elgin we arrived at 1.10 for a 2.00 kick off.

A gentle warm up and an inspiring captain's chat and the game was on. We quickly took command and took the lead and continued to score.

Half time and a wee chat, not much for us to say as coaches. Second half and a very determined Elgin played with great team spirit and never gave up, we doubled our score and kept a clean sheet.

I was goin to take a blip of the girls at the end with a huge sky but one of our girls hurt her arm and we were looking after her. Thank goodness one parent had a car as she was taken for an xray at the local hospital as we headed back on the bus.

A sing along on the way home, chips at Aviemore and home. I am shattered.

The girl with the sore arm is ok and home.

This is my corporate step challenge, apparently I am fitter now that I record what I do rather than just doing it. Even after a long bus journey clocked up some steps.
