On Yer Bike!

I haven't cycled for a good couple of years, but this afternoon Mr M, Miss M and I decided to cycle part of Route 43 cycle path from Pontardawe to Ystalyfera. I think it was a 10 mile round trip and I fared surprisingly well, apart from being a bit saddle sore! It rained a bit, but that was quite refreshing and it gave the dogs a great run - in fact, they were looking exhausted at the end!
