Dead Willow!

Our little willow tree had a nasty looking brown rust like infection last year and all the leaves turned brown and died. I pruned it back to look like a hat stand and didn't expect it to recover.
They say if you plant a cricket bat it will grow and this seems to be the case with our tree.
