White Iris

I went for a walk yesterday and saw this lovely white iris.  Might as well enjoy them while they are blooming, as these don't last very long.  I am trying to gain control over my blood sugar.  I just need to be more vigilant and I am doing that - writing down what I eat, and being more careful of what I eat. And getting back to walking and being more active.  The food thing is no fun at all since we all like to just eat whatever the heck we want to.  But, that's life.  My father never had diabetes but several of his sister's did, so I suppose that's where that came from.  Can't tell you how thrilled I am to have inherited THAT!  Not.
