Beached

The sun was shining, so I left the textbooks behind and headed east to my favourite beach at Tyninghame. (It's not strictly my number one beach, but Greece isn't easily accessible for day trips). For a bank holiday, it was surprisingly deserted, but eventually these two passed by and rescued me from having to blip an empty beach. I'd failed to prepare my usual picnic fare of quails eggs and caviare, but beef and onion crisps and a can of Irn-Bru did very nicely. And later, I stripped off and braved the North Sea for a spot of skinny dipping. Or at least I had a good think about it.
