Lambswool fungi

Some trees have been cut down at the estuary gardens and the fungi have moved in. I spotted this one yesterday but went back today and took it with macro +10 filter. I don't know it's official name but in macro it looks like wet lambswool. Only about 1-2cm across it was only because there was a big brown bun fungi on the other side of the stump that I spotted it.
The extra is taken further away to give an idea of size.It has changed in the last 24 hours. Yesterday it looked flatter and more scalloped.
