How come I loved them more?

I had to stop the car on our way home to try to capture the bluebells. Of course the photo does them no justice at all but they are just such a beautiful spectacle at the moment. We were on our way back from our failed bike ride (due to punctures) which turned into a little jaunt on the miniature railway  then an adventure on a pedal boat (pedallo?) round one of the lakes during which we recued a dogs' tennis ball, nearly missed some low hanging branches and took on water (which I might add gave me a wet bum!). And all this before 11am... it's no wonder I'm going grey!
