Technicolour Tuesdsay......

On a quick visit to DIY store, I spotted some windmills, why were they on sale there? Best sometimes not to ask......however this could be the blip of the day. A little 'faffing' (thanks to Anniemay for the term) on Photoshop produced a pleasing effect.
