Terrace House, Ephasus

The ruins of ancient Ephasus are remarkably well preserved allowing a clear impression of ancient life. Along the tour, we had an inside viewing of the excavated and partially restored terrace houses which were originally inhabited by the city's wealthy and decorated with mosaics and frescoes. These were truly remarkable.
