Drenched.
The Pasque flowers are still flowering. The lilac ones still have flower heads to open and the buds of the white one are opening too but this is the seed head of the first flower that timed its opening perfectly for Easter.
I noticed it when we got back from Bristol and thought it would look quite good after this morning's rain.
As you can see it does.
The sun came out this afternoon but it is very windy. The rain and wind have done their usual destructive job on the village blossom trees. It happens every year!
(Not really into challenges but it could be suitable for the maymacromayhem challenge I have heard some people mention.)
