CLEARED FOR LANDING

I mentioned the other day about the two geese that had returned.  One had landed on top of the cottonwood stump about thirty feet high.  Well I have seen one up there a couple of times a day since.  Well, this morning I was in the front yard, and they both came in squaking, and they both landed up there.  I didn't see the actual landing, but it had to be something.  They both rooted around up there for quite some time.  Sure looks like they are thinking nest.  It is a little late in the year, but I am hoping.
