Petone wharf

My sister and I took our cameras for an outing today. We had a bit of a Sunday afternoon drive through Stokes Valley, Silverstream and Whiteman's Valley. After a nice spot of lunch. We ended up on the Petone foreshore, 'enjoying' the southerly breeze and walking to the end of the very long wharf.

There was a blue shed on the wharf, and once-were blue bollards. But in the end, this snap of a seagull was my favourite shot - partly because of the texture of the clouds behind.
