The Sound of the Sea

A long wet rainy day spent indoors with lots of noisy children.
I went for  a walk along the beach before my counselling appointment; much needed, the walk and the counselling.

Woke this morning with  a very blood stained pillow from the lack of wisdom tooth. It has been very sore today, I have been careful what I have eaten and not chewed on the right side.
