We went out chasing rainbows this evening, because LooseCanon had predicted, taking into account the sky colour, frequency of downpours, patches of blue, wind speed, cloud direction and the way the trees were blowing about, that there would be a spectacular one over his favourite Dovecote at about 5.47
And then he couldn't find all his camera bits and pieces so we missed it by about two minutes.
We sat in the car and waited for the next shower to pass and he got a beautiful double rainbow over the Dovecote, I couldn't come up to his standard so I took this over the back fence when we got back.
