A fine city

I started out by Arthur's Seat - middle of the view - and after an hours running I was out of the city and heading up on to the Pentlands. Apart from about 1km or so through Newington and Grange it was all on paths. Felt so good to get into the hills I carried on through the Pentlands to home. So I now know I can run home from work. Might be a bit broken tomorrow. But worth it for the sense of satisfaction.
