Sunday, May 3, 2015 -- Tristan's Visit

We had a 15 minute warning of a surprise visit this afternoon.

Our granddaughter Ashly phoned me to say that she and her fiance had gone to Tristan's home this morning to get him to spend the day with him.

Since Tristan's mom, our other granddaughter, has moved to the Midwest with her new husband, and could not take Tristan with her because his daddy has custody of him, Ashly is trying to spend time with him. So she knew that we would love to see him.

It was hot enough that taking a dip in the pool turned into excellent playtime for him.

In another six weeks Tristan, Grandpa Fun, and I will be going to Catalina Island for a fun-filled week at family camp.

This has been a terrific Sunday.
