My local park

Well when I say local, it is local to where I work and in the summer it is nice to have a sandwich there and read a book.  It is a well kept park, with some beautiful trees all of which have plaques with the relevant information about the tree.  There are trees from as far away as South Africa.  Also as you can see on the extra photos there are War Memorials and the Church  at the far end of the Park, plus there is a rose garden tended by Mary Mary quite contrary.  There has been a child's play area for as long as I can remember and I have spent many hours there with my daughter, the library used to be opposite the park.
