Up on the Hill

Its been some days now since I've had any decent exercise, so it was good to get out this morning. I do a lot of thinking when I'm out running, always preferring to be alone rather than in a "pack" (with biking its different). Alone with my own thoughts. I'm always a sucker for symmetry too and I noticed the potential when I went past the Auckland War Memorial Museum on the top of Domain Hill. Luckily I went back tonight a little early before it got really dark, and got a few shots before the security spot lights came on and ruined it all. I had thought maybe this could be a location for star trails but now I know it won't be. Blazing lights everywhere, and probably too much ambient light from the city anyway.
