Family party at Whitenights

A big family party was held in the garden of the former home of my grandparents. For the children, the highlight was the bouncy castle! It was so popular that numbers had to be limited to stop bigger children falling on top of smaller ones. The blue jacket just left of the castle belongs to my sister who was supervising her grandchildren as they queued to get in!
Meanwhile other adults enjoyed catching up with kith and kin, and most of us also explored the interior of the old house, remembering when it was occupied and full of furniture and people.
