A gym with a view.....

I took this shot from the car parked outside the gym this morning. I confess to putting very little effort into my blip today. Not to worry!!! Not a bad view though is it!
Lately I have been going to the gym on a Sunday morning after I drop Jack off at his work, where he puts in 4 hours worth. Spent an hour there and then had a pleasant half hour at the bakery with coffee and the Sunday paper.
Not a lot else to report for the day. I am going to refrain from talking about what I cooked as it might be a bit boring for you all - it seems to be all I am talking about lately! Maybe it's because winter makes me hungry.
