Cooper meets a girl....

....and her name is Poppy but her owner said people call her hooligan! 

She is 18 months old and I don't think we have met a puppy so mad!  Coops was actually scared of her and kept running away from her with his tail between his legs :)  There was a highland terrier on the other side of the road watching but he wouldn't go near her.  She was a sweet little thing but I think some tough training is in order.
