DINING ROOM, CASA LABIA.

Went to a most stunning art exhibition by artist Annelie Venter in the gallery upstairs.
Beautiful sepia paintings of family life in the barren dry landscape of the North;  contrasting  splashes of bright colour in her flower paintings. 
The theme of the exhibition is drawn from Psalm 103
"The life of mortals is like grass,
they flourish like a flower of the field;
the wind blows over it and it is gone,
and its place remembers it no more"
