I've just watched a Pheasant catch a mouse........

....extraordinary.  I was watching the Pheasants from the back door after taking a photograph, when suddenly one of the females caught a mouse.
She scampered off round the lawn shaking it about with the others in chase;  then eventually gave up on it and dropped it on the patio.   I've never seen anything like this before.

I've added the lovely little Robin.
