St Ives high tide

We left London as soon as we picked Helena from school trip, she went to Isle of Wight for a week and was extra excited going straight to Cornwall!
By the time we got to the Camp site - we got stuck in the traffic for quite a while and Alan got really sick in the car while on motorway - it was a midnight and started to drizzle!  Hubby managed to put a tent up quite quick with Helena's help and we were all tucked in the sleeping bags by the time it started to pour down with rain.

All Saturday we spent playing on the beach, enjoying local sea food - I had best crab ever in place called 'The Rum and Crab Shack' - oh yes the Rum was strong and fine too arrrghhh!
