Where are we going?

You might think that after sleeping properly for the first time in about 3 weeks and being on good enough form for us to head off early on our trip to The Lakes J would have been the star of the day. 

Sadly for him, that title was stolen by this gorgeous little creature who happily hung out in the back of the car for five hours without a whimper, murmur or, most importantly, vomiting. Hugely successful first run out for both the pup and the car (and us all) and we are all feeling much more confident about the summer road trip to Spain. 

Arrived in time for lunch and happy greetings with friends of all ages; including a Boxer and an Old English Sheepdog for Albi.  She coped admirably. 

A walk up the hill at the back of their farmhouse and a long afternoon of lunching, merged into an evening of dinner and drinking and chatting.
