It's been a long day....

but a very satisfying day indeed!   up early and into the studio by 9am!   From 9am - 2pm i glazed, decorated.....loaded the kiln....and most exciting...got the glaze tests in!   This is the first glaze kiln of 2015.....so i'm excited to see the glaze results tomorrow.   Five hours basically on my feet, lifting, standing, bending...pretty tiring to my old bones i tell you...i ain't as young as i used to be!!!   Then off to the Inverary - and a delicious soak in the sun soaked hot tub....absolute bliss!   A friend was there too so we had a lovely visit.   From the hot tub into the cool pool...than back into the hot tub....and now i'm a bit like a rubber hose!

off to get the burgers ready for the BBQ...oh and another Cuban rum!!!
