The Running Cake

My friend GP is running 2015 miles in 2015 to raise funds for two charities - Glasgow City Mission and Kids Club Kampala..  He hopes to raise £2,015 for each of the two causes.  

Tonight we met Sam, Corrie and Olivia from the Kids Club, who shared their story of how the charity was set up and the work they are doing with vulnerable children in the slums of Kampala.  Love, hope, education, food, play and so much more.  A very moving story.

My Blip is of GP's Running Cake, as he continues, on target.  In fact he is a few miles ahead right now.  He had Monday off, and climbed a Munro, but that didn't count as he walked it.  What a star!
