View From the Blue Fin

After a full day in the office, I (Chris) charged across the city in the wind and rain to Southwark and the Blue Fin building on Southwark Street, home of Amateur Photographer magazine amogst others. The magazine was hosting a free seminar on photographing the Northern Lights. Gear, locations and techniques were all covered. It's on our list for a trip at some stage. It was a well presented session with some stunning images and even a free goody bag to finish.

Afterwards we were allowed out onto the viewing terrace of the 10th floor, it was still blowing a gail but I tried a few shots whilst the rain held off for a few minutes. Then time for a late train home.
