Another day with lots of laughter... I met my friend in Ebisu, Tokyo. We had lunch for my belated birthday. Everything served was very tasty and I particularly enjoyed chilled spaghetti with sweet tomatos and cherries (sounds strange but tastes lovely!).

The graphic under the railway bridge caught my eye on the way back from the restaurant. The big smily face on the wall is Ebisu, one of the Japanese Seven Gods of Fortune. Ebisu is well-known for a beer company Sapporo Breweries Ltd and one of their beer brands is named Yebisu.

It was a smiley day!
