Bright Cat Morning

Chavo enjoys the sunlight that streams in,  in the morning. I've moved my Iris cupboard into the living room,  he instantly occupies it. The Salvation Army are calling today to collect my computer table ( Oxfam didn't want it ! ) . I guess you might say I'm 'settling in'.

I went yesterday to The Sainsbury to see the Francis Bacon exhibition. I swam first & took with me Tom who swims too & enjoys art. There was no disabled parking ( Tom has cerebral palsy ), so I did a lot of driving around and walking. The entry fee was £ 10 & that a concession for age. When I protested, already fed up about lack of adequate parking, I was firmly told " Pictures have come from the Hermitage ", so that makes it OK eh!. There were Rembrandts , Van Gogh's & Cezanne, which I loved. I don't get on with Bacon : too much Psychosis. Got enough of me own thanks. Tom was exhausted by the distances he had to walk : he won't give in & get a wheel chair, which I do admire, but I get irritable as it means more effort for me.
An easy day today I reckon.
