Dog walking?

A quick blip is of the essence today as it is the last clear day before a lot of things happening!  House needs tidying etc. etc. 

Went to Aldi this morning and I saw this on a wall giving onto the car park!  I love the energy that the graffitist has put into this scene!  Am I supposed to recognise the characters?  How long will it last?  Who did it?........
