Cake Day!

Thursday is cake day in our office and one of my colleagues spent a good few hours last night baking three different types of mini cakes. At the front of the picture there are mini Victoria sponge cakes, followed by lemon cakes, and at the back there are some mini carrot cakes with delicious icing. Thanks to my commitment to quality cake, I did carry out some taste testing and I can confirm that both the Victoria sponge and carrot cake were delicious. (I could not fit in the lemon cake but I am sure that was delicious too).

Thursdays are a good day in our office.
