I didn't have any photos but I was out on an early evening visit and just as I was leaving this beauty jumped on the wall and said I could take a picture, but only one. It's all I needed. 

Is it a type of grouse? Not the famous one obviously! I can't find a match for it on the identifier. Not very good on birds.
