Clearing

I had a meeting near Burnley today which finished at about lunchtime so I took my sandwich and found a super-spring-green wood to have an impromptu picnic in. Someone had been at work clearing this old dead tree, but there was so much new life here as well.

Not sure if that works as a metaphor for the election, I don't think anyone believes we'll have a government tomorrow, just a parliament.
