No one has tried canvassing around here, we have had no party leaflets and there are no election posters anywhere in the village. It seems its too much effort for the politicians to bother with the rural vote but they still expect us to make a six mile round trip to vote. Anyway I thought the window of the surveyors, Phase Consultants, in Lewes was rather appropriate although they should have had an orange hard hat - this being one of the safest LibDem seats.
