Mind The Gap

Small Gap between the parties some may say. After all they are all Muppets aren't they?  But hey, this did not prevent me casting my vote this evening. It has been good few weeks for Tuttle Jnr (pictured) during this election campaign with plenty of questions being fired at the Snr Tuttles. His best quote was this "I kind of like Labour, but would much prefer David Cameron as our Prime Minister". At one point he thought UKIP were pretty cool (!!) Oh, the media can confuse the public on so many levels!

What has surprised me the most in this election is the number of "undecided voters" especially as many of them being of the older generation. The only time I was ever "undecided" was when I voted for the first time in 1990 (I went Liberal then, as I couldn't trust or make my mind up over the red or blue parties). And funnily enough they still can’t be trusted!

I find it really sad nowadays that all the parties seem to "want be your friend" while unfaithfully following their own party roots in fear that they will loose votes/popularity.....they dress like republicans and think conservative and vice versa. For example, I don’t recall the Green Party moaning once about the environment (except for the trident issue) during this campaign. All Politicians never seem to give straight answers to any question asked, ("I love the sound of my own voice" etc, etc). I can see Russel Brand's point in choosing not to vote because of all this business about the ruling class, but then again he also loves the sound of his own voice and never gives a straight answer!

Which brings me to democracy.........no vote no say. Simples.
You may not like your leader (as in my case), but still vote for what you believe in and value it...............or let Russel lead his revolution and become leader of GB.

Isn't it usually the case that most of the moaning comes from those who didn't vote in the first place?

Happy voting Blippers
