Artichoke

There can't be much more satisfying than finding a first artichoke on a plant grown from seed... at least for me.  This will be cooked in the next couple of days although it's far from large.  I can't expect miracles for a first flowering and there are a few offshoot that will give a few tiny ones to enjoy in a couple of weeks.  

So sorry everyone. No comments at the moment as I'm really pressed for time. I'll try and sprinkle some stars at work to prove I exist!
