A drive to Noordwijk

This was the sort of scene surrounding me as I drove to pick Robyn up from a night away, close to Noordwijk and the coast.  This particular field was full of hyacinths and I made Robyn and her friend get out of the car to experience the wonderful perfume coming from the flowers.  Funnily enough, there were frequent stopping places by the side of the road - clearly meant for those of us keen to capture a glimpse of one of the classic Dutch images.
