Fields of gold!

This field is at the end of the dog walk. To go any further is mad as the dogs get so excited at the prospect of hares and other wildlife to chase. Mean old me turns back at this stage to avoid being dragged into the field.

Busy painting day! We have now finished the top half of the lounge walls and the first coat on the lower half. It will be finished off tomorrow. The old curtains have had to go back up, until I make the new ones.

We went over to R’s to walk the dogs and have supper as R was late home from work. Another evening recruiting for year 12’s to start in September. She was so poorly on Tuesday evening for the year 10’s meeting, but is so much better now :0) x

I did my duty and voted today. A postal vote, as we weren’t sure where we would be on the day. I won't be sitting up for any results, I will wait until tomorrow to find out.
